Estimados lectores de la Revista Chilena Derecho y Ciencia Política: es una gran satisfacción presentarles el número 9.2 nuestra Revista. En este número, carácter monográfico, seguimos apostando por hacer Iberoamérica nuestro espacio reflexión producción académica. Entendemos que temática actualidad innegable: incidencia los movimientos migratorios – densidad velocidad sin precedentes están teniendo en las estructuras del Estado siglo XXI.
